Chest Press
The Discovery Strength Plate Loaded Chest Press features independent movement arms and converging pushing angles to increase the range of motion of the exercise. The progressive strength curve gradually increases force at the end of the movement when the exerciser is in the strongest position, allowing for increased muscle engagement.
- Designed to demand greater balance and core muscle engagement, the independent arm resistance and converging pushing angles increase the range of motion.
- Oversized 1.5 in (3.8 cm) handles make pressing exercises more comfortable by distributing the load over a larger area of the exerciser’s hand, reducing strain.
- The ratcheting, gas-assisted seat adjustment features an ergonomic, over-molded rubber adjustment handle, making it easy and comfortable for exercisers to get the right fit.
